Pet Policy:

 

Limit TWO pets per apartment

All deposits and fees due at move in

Cats:

$200.00 Refundable Deposit + $200.00 Non Refundable Fee

Indoor cats only please

Dogs  

Dogs are permitted only in Buildings 'A' and ā€˜C’. Please specify that you have a dog when inquiring about leasing information and availability.

$200.00 Refundable Deposit + $200.00 Non Refundable Fee

Up to 70 pounds maximum full adult weight, requires pet interview

Breed restrictions may apply

Other

Fish Tanks and aquariums permitted

Birds - Must be caged. Maximum of two. Refundable Deposit may apply.

Other Caged Animals, please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply

No ferrets please!

Application Fee

  • $39.00 per person, non refundable

Security Deposit - Studio & One Bedroom

  • $200 Refundable Deposit + $150 Non Refundable Administrative Fee

Security Deposit - Two Bedroom

  • $300 Refundable Deposit + $150 Non Refundable Administrative Fee

PARKING

Camelot features a controlled access parking garage on the first floor of every building.  The first reserved space is complimentary and included with every One and Two Bedroom home.

Additional garage spaces are available for $25.00, depending on availability.

Open, outdoor parking in the lot is unreserved. Please comply with posted signs and fire lanes.

 

A valid parking permit is required for all Resident vehicles

UTILITIES

Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.
