Dogs are permitted only in Buildings 'A' and ‘C’. Please specify that you have a dog when inquiring about leasing information and availability.

PARKING

Camelot features a controlled access parking garage on the first floor of every building.  The first reserved space is complimentary and included with every One and Two Bedroom home.

Additional garage spaces are available for $25.00, depending on availability.

Open, outdoor parking in the lot is unreserved. Please comply with posted signs and fire lanes.

A valid parking permit is required for all Resident vehicles

UTILITIES

Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.
